Lakeside School

Let Lakeside’s Upper School affinity and alliance groups help you find your next great read in the Upper School Library. This year, several of the Upper School’s affinity and alliance groups have partnered with the Upper School Library to create brochures of recommended reading for our community. Student members of Black Student Union (BSU), Gay Lesbian or Whatever (GLOW), Lakeside Anti-Racist Students (LARS), and Student Awareness Council (SAC) have chosen 7-10 books to highlight for their group’s list, and Upper School Librarian Monica Gu has compiled these title lists into easy-to-browse bookmarks with information about each book from students and publishers to help our community of readers find something that resonates with them. You’re invited to come check out these titles from the Upper School Library, and to check back often for more student recommendations.
